It might be tempting, especially as you factor in the other closing costs. Remember: you get what you pay for. A lot of home inspectors will offer a low price as a means of getting your business, but you want to make sure that you’re working with a true professional who knows what they are talking about. The last thing you want is to get into your new home, only to discover an issue that a home inspector should have picked up on.
